two minutes for me

I've been sitting on my comfy red chair for quite a while now. It's parked right in front of my computer. I've had to catch up on emails, edit photos, put together quotes & then edit some more photos. And while I do enjoy this part of my job I can't help but feel the need to pick up what I call my "babies"! 

There's a big window to the right of my computer and as I look outside I can see raindrops delicately sitting on top of the grass and I think - all I need is two minutes. Two minutes to wander around my backyard, two minutes to hold my "baby" & two minutes time away from my computer. It's only a short time, but it's time that makes me happy. 

This is what I found in my two minutes . . .

Rach & Mikky | farm friends

Mikky was really excited to have her photos taken... As soon as we arrived she explained to me which side of Jackson's was his best side. Jackson though really didn't seem to mind what side I took his photo, I think he knows he's pretty cute from all angles!

Once we scratched the horses & petted the dog it was time to take some photos! Rach and Mikky finished brushing up their beauties & we then got them all to wander around their paddock. Mikky wanted to show off her horse-riding skills and we were completely amazed. Such a little girl, on a big horse, full of confidence and a beaming smile! 

The sun shone brightly as it began to set - it was late in the day, a perfect time for photos...

We also shot our behind the scenes clip. Ben took some shots and video taped the fun time we all had. Obviously we're not videographers but we think it's a great way to show you what actually happens at a shoot. How we see moments through our lenses are completely different to how you see them in real life.
