where the light touches

As I drove past Mossvale Park, my eyes were captivated by the colours.

From pastel yellows, to fluorescent greens, to every shade of red you can think of - I could see all the colours. 

I had to stop, and with my camera I wandered the grounds of Mossvale Park. 

I could see some trees had lost more of their leaves, the tall ones which stretched right into the sky, right where the light touches.

Definitely a spot I recommend you go and visit.... I'd love to shoot a wedding, or portrait session in there one day : )

as far as the eye can see

We were out on the road yesterday. While the weather wasn't too kind to us, we managed to find that tiny bit of blue sky. You know that one, you've seen it before. It slowly crawls out from behind the dark clouds and says hello. 

It was perfect timing. We wanted to visit the Inverloch beach and the rain just stopped, like that. 

As I walked over the sand dunes, I could smell the fresh ocean air. It flew past me and as I caught it, I smiled. My eyes gazed into the surf and it was calm. The waves slowly licked the shore and dark, gloomy clouds hovered above. I could only look as far as my eyes could see...

It was a peaceful moment. It was lovely.
